Location: Findlay Student Center President's Dining Hall. The Findlay Student Center can be reached by going west across Summit onto the Drury campus. You will pass the Freeman Panhellenic Suites and then arrive at the Findlay Student Center (FSC). The President’s Dining Hall is on the upper level of the FSC. The walk from Lot 7 to the FSC is about 150-200 yards.

Parking: Please park in Lot 7 immediately north of the Harrison Stadium on Summit Street.

October 4th free lecture:

Join us at Drury University for Christian Nationalism in America: Conversations with Diana Butler Bass. We will join in conversations with author, historian, and public theologian, Diana Butler Bass (and local panelists). The first event for Friday, October 4th is a 6-7:30 reception with Diana Butler Bass, but is now filled and no longer taking registrations. The second section is Diana Butler Bass's first lecture from 7:30 - 9pm (this portion of the event is free and can be registered for separately).

Make sure you register for Friday and Saturday events if you plan to attend both. Please note the different ticket options and make sure to select the correct one/s for you.

For the Friday first lecture ONLY from 7:30 - 9pm (no food served), please click here. This lecture is FREE.

For the Saturday all day event, please click here. Cost:  Attendance for Saturday is FREE to the public. There is also an option for clergy to get continuing education on Saturday for $35, (the deadline to register for any lunch options on Saturday has passed).

Saturday, October 5th: (Free for public, option for clergy to do continuing ed)

  • 10am Continued conversation with Dr. Diana Butler Bass
  • 11:45pm Lunch (must pre-order, select the lunch option during registration by September 24th)

During lunch we will have opportunities for conversation with panelists about race, patriarchy, and political power and tools. Each table will have facilitators to be at the table to take notes to share with the entire group.

If you’d prefer to eat on your own, there will be time to go and grab something close.
