With the spread of COVID at an all-time high in our community, the board spent some time reviewing our policies at our latest meeting (1.9.22) and considering best practices for the safety of our community.
****For this week’s worship, 1.16.22, we are asking members to worship virtually.***
Weekly decisions will be made on the status of in-person worship, as decided by reporting numbers from Greene County Health Department and the NACC Board. Please watch for updates.
Anytime folks are in the building, we ask:
  • Please upgrade your mask. We will provide surgical and N95 masks (as we are able to secure them).
  • Do not come to church if you have any symptoms. We want to keep each other healthy and well and do not want to share any viruses!
  • Please keep physical distance during church or at meetings.
  • If you are able, please get fully vaccinated, and a booster when eligible, before attending in-person events at church. (If you need any help getting connected to resources in our community or help getting to a vaccination site, please let us know! Vaccinations and boosters are completely free!)
  • If you are diagnosed with Covid, please let us know so we can release an exposure announcement. We will not share your name or other identifying factors, we simply want to be sure folks know they were potentially exposed.
We are thankful we can now share in worship from our homes in Hybrid worship. Please know if you do not have access to online worship or need to be in the Sanctuary for mental, emotional, and spiritual reasons, you are welcome, pending that you follow the above protocols. As we continue to improve this experiences, please share feedback with us about your experience worshipping online.

Please keep us updated on ways we can be of support during the coming weeks. Many in our midst have seen positive COVID diagnosis or other illness during this time. If we can provide soup, a call, or support in another way, please reach out and let us know!
